Thank you for visiting Tennessee Real Estate with Walter! Today is the first day of what I hope will be an informative, interesting blog about real estate in middle Tennessee. I have been an agent since April of 1996 and through these past 11 years, I have seen a lot of change. Home values have gone up, interest rates have gone down. Then home values have gone down and interest rates have gone up. Though it sometimes feels like a roller-coaster, as long as sellers don’t panic the market will always come back.
